Just came home from my uncle's funeral service. Its amazing how God works in us sometimes. My uncle accepted Christ only 3 days before his death. On Friday, He accepted Christ in front of us and agreed to be baptised. And then he passed away peacefully on Monday. He has been visiting the temple all his life, and the fact that he readily agreed to be baptised was a surprise. Thank God. :) He works in the most incomprehensible ways. However it was heartbreaking to see my auntie today. She had a stroke earlier this year and is paralysed on one side. When I held her hand and she struggled to smile, I thought about how difficult it is for her to accept her husband's sudden passing away now whatmore with her condition. But she is a strong woman; I'll always remember her lovely smile and hearty laughs whenever we visit for CNY.

Its a sad topic, but to be reminded of where my uncle is now is really heartwarming and a blessing! :) Just pray that my granny would accept Christ soon too.

Prom came and went just like that. All the preparations and all into that night.. paid off! Everyone looked GREAT! Even the guys; first time seeing some effort put into their attire haha ;p and the girls, woah, gorgeous! Ritz food kinda sucked, but at least the programme made up for it! Rod Monterio was the emcee! Hilarious. Prom king was expected, haha. Dashing, la. And hey, how come our table so suay one. The next table beside us kept winning instead of us! LOL.

Anyway watched Happy Feet the previous day. Aww, Mambo's super cute! Just look at him!



This movie's worth watching because its not a mere cartoon movie and that it has cute penguins, but it also touches on many important issues such as discrimination and the environment. I give it... 4 out of 5 popcorns! That's damn good already, haha.

Went Sentosa and Vivo today! (finally the sua-ku me visits vivo) Window-shop eat pictures.... Oh I love the huge Forever21. YAY going to Vivo again with Wendy and Lyd on SAT! Can't wait. Then headed to Sentosa; had fun playing with Shulin at the slide/see-saw/trampoline floats at palawan beach.... Was supposed to pay $5 but in the end the guy let us play for free, omg. FUN FUN!

Tempting me to cut my hair short again. Perhaps I'll do that after rebonding or something. :) Ah, I'm still not done with prom shopping. And boots are freaking expensive in S'pore! Yay, now I can throw away all my GP and Maths stuff! (hopefully I'll not need them next year that is.. =S) Been a CRAZY week and I'm pretty much exhausted. Esp. today because I couldn't sleep last night; that time of the month always gives me insomia, moreover with the stress. Ok so far I haven't seriously screwed any papers yet; and yes, its times like these you really feel that God is with you, and the power of prayer. :D Am starting to have some hope in TPJC, because reason no.1: For Bio paper 2, two of our prelim essay questions actually came out! And reason no. 2: Surprisingly A'level biochem option was similar to our prelims! With the complementary base-pairing etc. So yeah, our school's not that hopeless :P

4 more papers to go! How time flies..



Anyway Josh Groban's new album is out! Can't wait to get it.. :) Love his voice, his songs... I have his other 2 albums as well and both are really good!

Ok, been watching youtube videos of OK Go. Gosh, I LOVE their songs and dancing! We should all learn this dance and try it at clubs or something

Been a long time since I've blogged. Don't know why but it seems like I've lost motivation for it yet I'm still blog-hopping, and fascinating about how some people can have such interesting lives, and then I look at my life now: books, papers, no social life and even when I go out for meals I feel guilty-conscious. Alright 2 papers down, 8 more to go! 4 more days before the next papers, and next week is chaotic. I don't even want to think about it. Why must Bio paper2 clash with Maths?!

Anyway GP was alright, just hope I have enough points for my essay and didn't go out of point. I did on How far is Singapore prepared for future crises, while majority did technology because it was quite general I guess. Paper 2, I spent quite a long time on summary and couldn't finish AQ (again), urgh. The passage was on Freedom, and was surprisingly quite interesting, about personal freedom. But couldn't find stuff to disagree for AQ, blah.

Yang Sisters is just hilariousssss. Today's episode about Melvin being adopted and the feng shui way of 'making babies' is damn funny. I've never laughed so hard in a long time.
